We are located in 61A/29 Solec Street, III staircase, first floor, Powisle District, Warsaw. The main entrance to the office is situated directly from the Solec Street (next to the church). Our office is conveniently accessed via car as well as public transport. We provide parking spaces in the underground garage (book in advance). There are multiple parking spaces around. If going by public transport, please take bus lines no. 166, 118, 127 (Solec bus stop). If going by metro, our office is located 15 minutes from metro stop Nauki Kopernik.

The Office is open Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. It is possible to arrange the meeting in different hours upon prior contact with our secretary.

At the Office you can access to Internet via wi-fi network without any costs.

At the Office you can receive all information about necessary documents required to make specific notarial deed, fees and taxes, notary’s fee and any other details related to the planned service.

We answer all questions of our Customers, directly at the Office, by phone or e-mail. We speak English.

According to Notary Law from February 14, 1991 art. 79 th notary performs services listed below:

• preparation of notarial acts,
• preparation of succession certificates,
• preparation of certificates,
• deliverance of statements,
• docketing,
• preparing of bill of exchange and cheque protests,
• depositing of documents, money and securities,
• preparing of extracts, certified copies and statements,
• preparation of draft deeds, statements and other documents upon the Customer's request,
• preparation of other acts, as required under applicable laws and regulations.

Notary deposits money and securities only due to notarial services performed in the Office, money are deposited on the dedicated bank account.
